In a recent study, Google and M&RR (Marketing and Research Resources, Inc.) explored how consumers research and gather information throughout the travel decision-making process. We examined behaviors in business and leisure travelers, and culled out insights across four key travel categories: Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental, Cruise. On Friday, October 10, 2008, Google hosted a webinar that covered this studys findings and answered questions such as: • Does the research process change by trip and traveler type? • Does online video play a role in the travel-purchase process? • Do information sources and purchase influencers vary by travel category?
the voice is very bad
Poor quality sound. Sometimes very difficult even for a native English speaker to understand .
Some text on some slides is impossible to read Much too small for this resolution. I’d rather see the slide set as a PDF and notes.
The topic is really interesting, though.
It’s inaudible.
Any chance of captions being added? I can’t understand what is being said.
Very interesting stuff. The audible was slightly garbled at times, but not impossible to hear. Thought the analysis was pretty good and offerred good insight.
Is someone humping a chair in the background?
