What Are Google Docs?
Google Docs are simply part of a Google Mail (Gmail) Account. You can sign up for free and take advantage of the many benefits of Google, as they offer many benefits in their mail account. The Docs are comprise of: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Drawing.
What Is It Good For?
Great for users who don’t have any word processing documents, but more importantly for collaborative sharing. If you outsource and you should, these are perfect documents to use to work together. The forms tool is great if you want to put a Contact Us form (example here) or a Booking Sheet, Feedback etc and you will be e-mailed each time it is completed. You can also access your documents from any computer in the world, so long as you internet. A benefit you don’t get from your hard disk.
